The Limited-Time Comeback of Le Pup Café You Can't Miss

From 2021 to 2023, my Le Pup Café pop-up at Ferguson's Downtown was more than just a place to serve amazing food. It was a space where I got to meet so many of you—the incredible pet parents from all over the country. We shared stories, we laughed, and we watched our pups get a taste of the good life. That experience was truly a joy, and it’s something I’ve missed dearly.

Well, I’m beyond excited to announce that Le Pup Café is officially making a comeback for the month of September only!

We're kicking things off with a special, four-week tasting menu experience. Each week will feature a brand-new menu, crafted with the same love and attention to quality you know, but with a renewed focus on delicious upcycled ingredients. My goal is to expand our reach with these ingredients, transforming what might have been waste into a gourmet meal for your best friend.

And let me tell you, this first menu is a showstopper—whether you're celebrating a birthday, a "gotcha day," or just want to do something special. We’re offering a three-course, prix-fixe meal for your pup.

• First Course: The Chickpea Crostini Bites are light, crunchy chickpea nibs drizzled with a fresh blueberry-mint "pesto" to get their palates ready.

  
  

• Second Course: The main event lets your pup choose from three incredible options: our classic Coq au Pup (slow-simmered chicken with lentils, summer squash, and chickpeas), the hearty Sir Loin Risotto (grass-fed beef sirloin with peas, carrots, and chickpea risotto), or the popular Land & Sea Bowl (a duet of wild salmon and beef with lentils and green beans).

  
  

• Dessert: The finale is the Blueberry Pup-Parfait, with layers of Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, and a sprinkle of our signature chickpea crumble.

  
  

Here's the thing, though: we're keeping this exclusive. We only have 30 tasting menus available for the entire month. Once they're gone, they're gone.
